Trigger Point Therapy (Back to Top)

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that relies heavily on client-therapist interaction including verbal and nonverbal elements. Trigger areas (warehouses) are located in every muscle in the body. These areas become filled with toxins that the body can not displace through either the client drinking enough water or the body's systems (such as the liver, kidney, blood and lymph systems) working together to rid the body of harmful environmental and/or synthetic toxins. The therapist encourages the client to be personally responsible for their improvement, with attention to factors such as nutritional and water intake, along with proper stretching techniques, moist heat and the elimination of possible inflammation within the body's system.

(60 minutes - $70, 90 minutes - $90, 120 minutes - $125, 150 minutes - $155)

Aloe Vera (Inch Loss) Body Wraps (Back to Top)

Aloe Vera (Inch Loss) Body Wraps this healthy inch loss program is a toxin cleanse that utilizes a solution of "all food" ingredients that moisturizes, tones and tightens the skin, leaving the client with baby soft skin, and with no need to shower off the product. The aloe vera and natural USA herbs combine to penetrate through the protein wall that surrounds each fat cell and dissipate toxins from the cells into the body's lymphatic system. In the lymphatic system, the toxins can be flushed from the body as the client drinks water over the following three days. This movement causes a reduction in the size fo the fat cell. The inch loss is quite measurable, in the range of 4 - 15 inches.

As a holistic medicine, Aromatherapy is both a preventative approach as well as an active treatment during acute and chronic stages of illness or 'dis'-ease. It is a natural, non-invasive treatment system designed to affect the whole person not just the symptom or disease and to assist the body's natural ability to balance, regulate, heal and maintain itself by the correct use of essential oils.
